We accept returns for products purchased in the last 30 days that are unopened and are not heat sensitive.
To ensure your refund is processed successfully, please send us an email at [email protected] and our staff will respond promptly.
Returns must be processed by our staff before refunds can be applied. This can take up to a week, depending on how long it takes to receive the returned product(s). Once the item is received and processed you will receive an email confirming your refund once it has been completed.
The refund will be applied to your original method of payment once your return has been processed. Depending on your card provider or financial institution, it may take 2-5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.
We do not provide return shipping labels for product(s) unless it is demonstrably defective or wrong product.
We will issue a full refund for the product cost when your return is processed. We do not charge restocking fees for returns.
We guarantee our products for at least for 90 days or for as long as the bottle should last. Products with an expiry short of 90 days are removed from our inventory and aren't distributed.
