Returns & Shipping Policy

Returns

We accept returns for products purchased in the last 30 days that are unopened and are not heat sensitive.

To be clear, products purchased more than 30 days ago are not eligible for return. Refrigerated products are not eligible for return unless  the product is defective (see below).

Defective Products

We accept returns for defective products within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund for a defective product please send us an email at [email protected] and our staff will respond promptly.

 

Sale Items

Sale items typically will have an approaching expiration. That is why they are discounted. It is also why sale items cannot be returned.

ALL SALE ITEM PURCHASES ARE FINAL.  

NO RETURNS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

Return Methods

We accept returns by mail (see process below) or in-store.

 

Processing

Returns must be processed by our staff before refunds can be applied. This can take up to a week, depending on how long it takes to receive the returned product(s). Once the item is received and processed you will receive an email confirming your refund once it has been completed. If return is for defective product or if we made an error and sent the wrong product, you will be provided with a return label.

Otherwise if you choose to return a non-defective product back to Arcana, you will need to bear the cost of shipping. We do not charge re-stocking fees. In-store returns are free and expeditious.

 

Refund Method 

The refund will be applied to your original method of payment once your return has been processed. Depending on your card provider or financial institution, it may take 1-5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.

 

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted prior to order being shipped out. You must send us a cancellation request once you've placed an order and wish to cancel. Cancellation requests will need to be processed prior to 3:00 pm PST (time shipping goes out for the day) so please make sure you request cancellation at least 30 minutes prior. Cancellations may be initiated by contacting us at [email protected].

 

Product guarantee

We guarantee our products for at least for 90 days or for as long as the bottle should last. Products with an expiry short of 90 days are removed from our inventory and aren't distributed.

 

Shipping

We do not provide return shipping labels for product(s) unless it is demonstrably defective or the wrong product. We will issue a full refund for the product cost when your return is processed. We do not charge restocking fees for returns.

Carriers we use include USPS, UPS or FEDEX, at our discretion.

San Diego destinations can expect next day shipping.

California can expect 2 business days.

All other states should expect 2-4 business days
