We prepare our Stinging Nettle Blend from the extracts of fresh aerial parts and dried seeds of Certified Organic Urtica dioica plants. The fresh aerial parts and dried seed are extracted separately and then blended.

Shake Well Before Using.

Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 2 to 5 times per day.

Best taken between meals.

Extraction rate 303 mg fresh herb & 82 mg dry herb per 0.7 ml.
