How to use

Rub 3-5 drops in palms and cup hands over nose to inhale slowly with 5 deep breaths. Rub excess formula on collarbone to promote restful sleep. For diffusion, add 5-10 drops with water to non-heating ultrasonic diffuser.

Usage precautions

For external use only. Keep out of reach from children. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. To remove essential oil, use plant oil. Do not use water.
