How to use:

Blend Myrrh with a carrier oil and apply to the neck and chest to support the respiratory system. Myrrh can also be applied to the abdomen to support digestion, or to the face for daily facial care.

For topical application, use a dilution rate of up to 8%.

Usage precautions:

For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. Always dilute. If irriation occurs, discontinue use. To remove essential oil, use plant oil (olive).
