How to use

Apply 3-5 drops directly in your palms to hand diffuse. Rub palms together and cup hands near nose. Inhale 5 deep breaths. Apply excess from palms to neck and shoulders for topical muscle/tension release. Store in a cool, dark place.

Usage precautions

For external use only. Keep out of reach from children. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. To remove essential oil, use plant oil. DO NOT use water.
