Lactose Defense supports the digestion of dairy and contains 690 mg lactase per 3-capsule serving.

  • Formulated to help support digestion of dairy products.
  • Contains no gluten, sugar, salt, yeast-derived ingredients, wheat, soy, dairy, or artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. 
  • Adults and children 12 years of age and older take 1 to 3 capsules as needed with first bite of food or beverages containing dairy.
