Ingredients:

Alpha-Lipoic Acid (ALA, 300 mg): ALA has the rare quality of being both a water-soluble and fat-soluble antioxidant. It is also a required cofactor for the pyruvate dehydrogenase (PDH) complex for the production of cellular energy from carbohydrates via glycolysis. ALA crosses the blood-brain barrier, promotes healthy inflammation, protects against free radical injury to cells, increases cellular energy production, supports insulin balance, and promotes healthy memory when used in conjunction with ALCAR.

Huperzine A(HupA, 400 mcg): HupA is an extract from the plant, Huperzia serrata. The whole plant has been used in China for centuries for many areas of health, including to boost memory. Research has identified HupA as a powerful compound that crosses the blood-brain barrier and supports brain health. Clinical trials show that 400 micrograms per day of HupA promotes "factual memory," "recognition," "association", and "accumulation."

Turmeric root extract (200 mg): Turmeric root (Curcuma longa) extract standardized to 95% curcuminoids is a powerful antioxidant that crosses the blood-brain barrier, quenches free radicals, and increases glutathione (GSH) production to support mitochondrial and cellular health.
