How to use

Diffuse 3-4 drops of Basil to support the respiratory system, apply to the soles of the feet when you feel under the weather, or massage with a carrier oil into the abdomen to support healthy digestion.

For topical application, use a 1.5% dilution rate.

Usage precautions

For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. To remove essential oil, use plant oil (olive).
